It is wearing a halter.<\/p>\n

A long rope is attached to the halter.<\/p>\n

The rope goes down into a messy pile.<\/p>\n

The rope is black and very long.<\/p>\n

It twists and turns.<\/p>\n

It makes many loops.<\/p>\n

It goes over and under itself many times.<\/p>\n

It looks like a big bowl of spaghetti!<\/p>\n

Now, look at the bottom of the image.<\/p>\n

You see four wooden logs.<\/p>\n

They are sticking out of the ground.<\/p>\n

Each log has a number.<\/p>\n

The numbers are in red circles.<\/p>\n

You can see number 1.<\/p>\n

You can see number 2.<\/p>\n

You can see number 3.<\/p>\n

You can see number 4.<\/p>\n

At the very end of the black rope, there is a loop.<\/p>\n

This loop is tied around one of these logs.<\/p>\n

But which one?<\/p>\n

That is the question!<\/p>\n

It is easy to get confused.<\/p>\n

If you just glance at it, you might guess wrong.<\/p>\n

The rope tries to trick you.<\/p>\n

It goes left, then it goes right.<\/p>\n

It circles around and back again.<\/p>\n

It is a true rope maze.<\/p>\n

So, how can you solve this?<\/p>\n

You need to use your critical thinking.<\/p>\n

You need to be patient.<\/p>\n

Do not hurry.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t just guess a number.<\/p>\n

You can use your finger as a tool.<\/p>\n

Put your finger on the rope near the horse\u2019s head.<\/p>\n

Then, slowly move your finger along the rope.<\/p>\n

Follow every twist.<\/p>\n

Follow every turn.<\/p>\n

Be careful at the cross points.<\/p>\n

Where does the rope really go?<\/p>\n

Keep following it all the way down.<\/p>\n

Keep going until you reach the logs.<\/p>\n

Where does your finger stop?<\/p>\n

Or you can try to work backward.<\/p>\n

Start at log number 1 and trace up.<\/p>\n

Then start at log number 2 and trace up.<\/p>\n

Do the same for log number 3 and log number 4.<\/p>\n

Only one of these logs connects to the horse.<\/p>\n

This puzzle is not about being fast.<\/p>\n

It is about being correct.<\/p>\n

It is about training your brain to see clearly.<\/p>\n
