It means I can go\u00a0<strong data-start=\"361\" data-end=\"380\">anywhere I want<\/strong>, on\u00a0<strong data-start=\"385\" data-end=\"397\">any land<\/strong>, no questions asked. Am I clear?\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"433\" data-end=\"494\">The rancher nods politely, apologizes, and goes back to work.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"496\" data-end=\"539\">Minutes later, the rancher hears screaming.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"541\" data-end=\"672\">He looks up to see the DEA agent sprinting for his life, with a massive Santa Gertrudis bull right behind him\u2014closing the gap fast.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"674\" data-end=\"729\">The agent is panicking.
