Live Plane Map Reveals Eerie, Skull-Like Shape That’s Making People Uneasy

A real-time map from the flight-tracking site Flightradar24 recently caught people’s attention after showing an eerie image that looked like a skull in the sky.

The platform tracks commercial aircraft around the world and visualizes where planes are flying at any moment. The company often shares these maps online, especially when flight paths accidentally form recognizable shapes.

In a recent post on X, the global map showed several large gaps in air traffic. When viewed together, four empty areas lined up in a way that looked like a skull.

Two gaps over Eastern Europe and East Asia appeared like “eyes,” another above the Middle East added to the shape, and a large empty space over central Africa resembled the mouth.

Many viewers quickly noticed the strange pattern, with one user asking, “Anyone else see the skull face?”

The spooky resemblance was purely coincidental—but it still left many people uneasy. 😳✈️
