MICHAEL J. FOX SHARES HEARTBREAKING UPDATE — “IT’S GETTING HARDER”

Michael J. Fox is known not only for his acting career but also for being a devoted father. He and his wife, Tracy Pollan, have four children, and Fox often jokes that parenting them feels like raising five kids because of their lively home.

Fox believes good parenting means being fully present. He says parents should listen right away instead of asking for “a few minutes,” since important moments can easily be missed. For him, giving attention and staying engaged helps build strong family bonds.

Despite being diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 1991, Fox has stayed deeply involved in his children’s lives. He says the experience helped his children develop empathy and resilience by learning to face challenges with perspective and strength.

Through parenting, perseverance, and love, Fox continues to show that family is just as important to him as his successful career
