Yesterday, while I was enjoying my coffee, the doorbell rang. To my shock, it was Daniel—the father of Adam, who I hadn’t seen in years. He stood with a lawyer and demanded to take Adam. I refused, but they served me with custody papers, sending my world into turmoil.
