Tomm Tennent: The unique baby born with enough skin to cover the body of a five-year-old child

In 1993, Tomm Tennent was born in South East Australia with a rare condition that left him with enough skin for a 5-year-old. His parents were shocked, unsure of what to expect. Doctors were also puzzled, as no case like his had been documented. After some research, they discovered that Tomm’s hyaluronic acid levels were 100 times higher than normal, similar to Shar Pei puppies. Over time, the excess skin reduced, and by adulthood, Tomm looked completely normal. Despite challenges, he remained upbeat, never concerned about how others saw him. Today, Tomm is happily married and lives a simple life, making choices and not looking back.
