Annie Guthrie and Her Husband Tommaso Cioni’s Home Searched for the Second Time — What We’ve Learned

As the search for Nancy Guthrie enters its second week, authorities have focused on her daughter Annie and son-in-law Tommaso Cioni, though few details have been publicly shared. Investigators returned to Nancy’s Tucson home on February 7, photographing multiple rooms, inspecting the septic system, and removing a white case and brown bag of evidence.

Tommaso Cioni, an Italian-born teacher and musician, has drawn public attention amid the investigation. Nancy has been missing since January 31. Federal authorities released surveillance images of an armed suspect linked to her disappearance, urging the public not to approach the individual and to report any information.

The FBI, working alongside state authorities, continues to treat the case as a kidnapping. Savannah Guthrie, Nancy’s daughter, has appealed for help, expressing hope that her mother is still alive and urging anyone with information to contact law enforcement.
