At 14 months old in 1978, Keith Edmonds suffered third-degree burns when his mother’s boyfriend pressed his face against a heater. He survived months of surgeries, while his attacker got 10 years in prison.
Bullied and battling depression and addiction for over 20 years, Keith got sober on his 35th birthday. He later built a career with Dell and Coca-Cola, then founded the Keith Edmonds Foundation in 2016 to support abused children through mentorship and programs like Backpacks of Love and Camp Confidence.
Keith forgave his abuser and now transforms his pain into purpose — proving scars, inside and out, can become strength.
