If I had to cut one food forever, I’d drop something like plain mayonnaise. It’s common, but not essential—you can swap it out or skip it without really losing much.
The more interesting part is why people choose what they do. Giving up something easily usually means it’s not tied to comfort or routine. But the foods people refuse to lose—like bread, coffee, or a favorite dessert—tend to anchor their day or carry emotional weight.
So the question isn’t really about food—it’s about what you rely on without even noticing.
