Grandmother Excludes Youngest Grandson from Will and Leaves Him Only a Dusty Chest

When Elizabeth turned 80, she decided to divide her assets among her grandsons, Tom, Aidan, and Luke. Tom would inherit her oceanfront penthouse in Miami, Aidan her house in Milford, and Luke the money in her accounts. However, Luke was upset, accusing his grandmother of favoring his brothers since he believed the accounts had little money. His brothers reprimanded him for his behavior, and Elizabeth later changed her will, leaving Luke an antique chest instead of the money.

Years later, Luke realized his mistake and regretted his entitled behavior. When his daughter, Meredith, found the chest in the attic, Luke opened it to discover gold bars and a key to a safety deposit box. At the bank, Luke found even more gold and jewels, revealing his grandmother had secretly left him a substantial fortune.
