Symptoms of prostate cancer as Jeremy Clarkson has part of his removed due to ‘aggressive’ diagnosis

Jeremy Clarkson, 66, has revealed he was diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer after a routine checkup detected the disease early.

The Clarkson’s Farm star said early detection may have saved his life and urged men to get checked.

Common symptoms can include difficulty urinating, frequent nighttime urination, blood in urine or semen, erectile dysfunction, fatigue, and unexplained weight loss. However, early-stage prostate cancer often causes no symptoms.
